Did you replace the exhaust manifold yourself?You are right ,its a hell of a job!
How did you find out how to remove the top turbo bolts? 
Made even worst on a RHD car because the manifold is on same side as the steering wheel and the drive shaft has to be disconnected for you to take out turbo/manifold.
We dont get many cracked manifolds here,unless the car was badly re-mapped for really high EGTs (exhaust gas temperatures)

and yes the error has gone but i did replace the return fuel line from the injectors as it looked brittle and possible leaking which would account for the rail pressure.
Yes i did replace it myself and removing the turbo bolts was simple just use a long extension bar and a 13mm socket


and no need to disconect the drive shaft either
Interesting about the EGT's though with bad re-maps didn't know that
