Plausibility rail-pressure volume regulated warning????

Hi all i have just posted on a similar thread but thought i would ask hare aswell.
I have done a diagnostics check and it is coming back with the warning 'Plausibility rail-pressure volume regulated'
The problem is the x is cranking for a long time before finally starting and I am getting the 'Fuel injection systom' warning light coming up on the dash.
The x is a 3.0d btw as i know most on here are petrol.Any help would be great as i am stumped at the moment
