You are right.
I never said I was a lawyer nor was I thinking of this as a legal definition.
In my mind and MANY other people, view the killing of an innocent animal in this way as murder.
No, not human murder but murder in a more general sense.
It is not hunting for food or sport as at least how our country defines sport. The dogs were killed in an illegal sport in brutal, horrible ways where they were tortured in many cases first.
Do we really need to debate the fine line from a legal definition?
Nevertheless, calling him a murderer is not going to really matter unless you care about how that might make Vick feel. Poor Mike Vick, he is a hero now and everyone should leave him alone, he paid his price and now should be allowed to be put up on a pedestal and given more special privileges.
