If you aren't going to go the BMW OEM route then there's tons of Bluetooth gadgets out there to consider. But in my opinion the simplest and most elegent solution is just using a Bluetooth headset. Motorola has the HS850, HS820, and HS810. And there are plenty of other alternative BT headsets out there as well. A good place for recommendations on those is at
