Music Announcer Technology - it reads out the mp3 tag before the song is played. I don't really find it practical but perhaps some people like it.
As for the other things you mentioned, I would agree with all of them. My Android phone works the same as yours does - I wish the streaming audio could display tags but it does not at this point in time. Oh well, something to look forward to in the future hopefully! DICE is great with releasing updates.
