Don't you know anybody around you who may borrow you an other nav computer? Just to check wheather it's really the computer and nothing else...
Don't know if I have the TV module. I only know that my 01 has the 16: 9 screen with the MK III in the trunk. My logic is that I need to upgrade to the MK IV or Dynavin because I may need to jump start the car someday. Why would someone repair or replace when we know the problem will reoccur?

Perhaps this the reason why the market for used MK IV are at such a high premium...
