I have adaptive Bi-Xenon . Had the LED on the light switch auto position flashing in the past when one light was out. Seemed to happen only when car got very, very wet such as driving for a couple of hours in rain.

Thought I had fixed it as I assumed it was one of the igniters and it has been fine for 6 months or so.

It got very wet during Irene as it was left outside (my GF has a lot to answer for ) and I now have flashing LED on light switch indicating some failure but headlight remains on.

After searching here, I read the LCM can be a problem as it gets wet from a blocked sunroof drain. I pulled LCM today and it is bone dry and there is zero evidence of pass side lower A pillar being wet or drain being clogged.

Anyone got any ideas short of a trip to dealer and hooking up to diagnostics.
