I'm not sure how that would work out having the wheels machined. The insurance is quite particular over here. If I get in an accident here during the winter months (Oct-easter) even when it's not my fault, the insurance can opt NOT to pay for my damages or the damages to the other car(s) if I do not have winter tires installed (not AS tires).

I'm just worried IF there happened to be a failure due to the wheel bore being enlarged I could be held liable. I hope to find an adapter to correct the size issue with out having to push the wheel out.

I moved over here in 2003. Was born and raised in Colorado (miss it very much). My wife is German so, we moved back to her home. One day we'll be back stateside, I can't stay away from Colorado forever
