You might want to check the signals at the radio module, as a start - http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/...formation.html

Assume you have verified all fuses are good.

Another thought is to remove all components and start from scratch with only the radio module connected to see if you have sound. If so, then systematically add in components until you determine which one may be causing the issue.
