I had a surprisingly positive experience at BB Sunday. I walked in to find a new battery for the house landline cordless phone. Snagged a saleswoman, who not only took me right to the proper rack, but tried to find the right battery for me. When it was clear they didn't have it, she told me where the closest Radio Shack was. That is the kind of customer service you certainly don't usually get anywhere today, much less BB!
