I have read many threads about recommended brakes and many different opinions. I have a 2006 x5 and I have the dreaded steering wheel shake when braking at highway speeds. Didnt happen with the stock brakes. My independent said he was putting on OEM equivalents made in the same factory but they keep warping (or pad material transfer) whatever it is its driving me crazy.

Has anyone tried this combo with success. Cross drilled Stop Tech rotors with Red Stuff pads? Seems like quality parts at a reasonable price.
