So I completed the Bluetooth kit from bimmernav, pretty easy to do. I am really happy with the results, so first of all thank you guys/gals.

My bluetooth works great, I dont have the iphone 4 snap in adapter... when I get this can music be played from my phone to my sterio? I dont have Navigation, not yet... that is phase II
