Damaged Backup Sensor

Looks like someone backed into my bumper and broke the clip/thing that holds the sensor in the bumper. It looks like that's a fairly straight forward fix. is there anything I should be concerned about when replacing?

I'm also taking the instrument cluster out of my Ford Explorer tonight. There's a video and it is surprisingly easy. I need to replace those little bulbs that light everything up. The dealer wants $200 plus to change 5 little bulbs. I know, I know 2 hrs labor at $100/hr.
