Sorry for the "twitchy" vid. I'm sure "filming while driving" is much safer than texting while driving but the quality is not top notch.

I checked the cv boots and they look ok no oil or grease splatter. No difference in sound when brakes applied either.

I didn't think it was belts or blowers because it only happens while moving and turning to the right. The sound is fairly quite and seems like it might be coming from inside. I rolled down the windows and it doesn't seem any louder but I can't think I anything inside that would be steering related.
