I doubt the noise will still be there as it sounds like, belts, pulleys, tensioner, and/or any of the pumps. You need to get the belts off and then hand spin the pulleys and pumps when the car is off. You will feel what's dead pretty easy then. You need to check for play, and smooth rotation.

If the sound is there when you take belts off, you have a problem, as the noise can be internal.
