If you are in there changing bushings, I would do all four (two of #7 and two of #11)...

I just swapped out the chopsticks in my 02... Honestly, if you don't hear a constant rapping on the bottom of the floorboard while going slow over a rough road, leave them alone!! The swap was almost too easy if you have access to a decent air gun!! I think it took me more time to jack up the X5 than it did to swap out the chopsticks!! The only reason you will need the 17mm open end wrench (very thin version) is if you are doing the job by hand...
