I went to a local store by the name of chikara motorsports. They wanted to charge me 6.5 hrs of labour and another 100 or so for material....

Funny thing was they called me initally when i had emailed them and told me there is a mid section for our vehicle that can be had in the $500 region and said that was pricey so to bring the vehicle in and see how much it cost to just make a custom one. When they told me the price, I nearly shat my pants and reminded them of the conversation on the phone. He said he doesn't remember saying such a thing...ah well:.. On to another shop for a quote

Just curious if people get rid of the h pipe and resonators and place an x pipe or leave the h pipe and add an x pipe (pointless IMHO). Almost makes more sense to leave the h, remove the resonators, and just do a straight pipe in place...
