The smallest wheel I've seen bolt on to the 4.8 is an 18. The "snow" wheel suggestion is a 8.5X18 ET46, the center bore on your X is going to be 74.1.
Since you're going to be running a fat sand tire you could get away with going to a much more aggressive offset than stock, probably down to the 20s and push the wheel out side of the tire well giving yourself inner clearance for when you air them down.
