I need a BMW nav DVD reader or drive mechanism. I have a 2003 Z4. The unit new is $3,600. Hard to believe, but same quote from two dealers after they ran diagnostics. Said it was shorted out. Can these units be repaired or purchased used somewhere? Thanks, Steve
