In the X5 with the trailer hitch BMW wiring installed and a trailer attached the X5 knows that a trailer is attached and the stability control system that uses the anti lock brake system is used to help control trailer sway. Re programming the system by BMW is required for this to work. With the wiring that Execuhitch uses I do not believe that this anti sway is available.
