I'm looking to buy an Omega watch for the first time and I am very inexperienced at this. I am told by an official Omega dealer (Bachendorf's of Dallas) that "they are only allowed to discount 10%". Is this statement true? I mean, is 10% off the lowest they can take or is it just what a sales person is interested me to think?
