Omega watch dealers
I'm looking to buy an Omega watch for the first time and I am very inexperienced at this. I am told by an official Omega dealer (Bachendorf's of Dallas) that "they are only allowed to discount 10%". Is this statement true? I mean, is 10% off the lowest they can take or is it just what a sales person is interested me to think?

Any AD can discount. Period. They try to use the excuse that Omega, Rolex, Breitling, etc will audit them--which they may--but that doesn't mean they can't discount. Go to another AD.

PS: What model(s) are you looking at? I always loved the Planet Oceans.

I ended up paying 15% below MSRP for a De Ville. This is not for myself, hence, a ladies model
