Did you replace all the hoses when you did the CCV? Sound like a vacuum leak. How about the rubber boot at the throttle body? You can do a smoke to locate the leak.

Should buy a new o-ring if your Disa valve is leaking. There's enough info on the net on how to fix a Disa valve leak.
