I am really not sure how to go about that headliner. The only thing I could offer would be to tell the dealer you have to get that option or you will take your money elsewhere. They all go through the same assembly line in SC so perhaps they may work with you.

I went to the Regensburg factory and watched my buddy's 2009 M3 coupe go through there and it is an awesome sight watching all the machinery. In Germany the old saying goes "it's not possible" (I heard that all the time when I was stationed there) but perhaps since the X5's are produced here, maybe you could leverage them to include it. Worth a shot.
