Trying to add a capacitor to Tail Light factory harness.
Can someone please confirm which wires should I tap on the factory harness? (see image)
Also can someone confirm (just to be sure) if the black stripe on the capacitor does indeed means it is the negative side? It IS the same side with the shorter "leg". (see Image)
