you gonna trust that belt now? its been riding on the edge and looks frayed...I give a couple months before it tosses the front loop and it hangs on something and rips through the rest of the belt.
did you spin the tensioner any and test wobble/wiggle on it? with all the pressure from the belt on the front I can only imagine the load put on the front side of the non-serviceable bearings in it. I mean hell, if there's enough force to shear the bolt head off...imagine the tensioner bearings taking it all after the tensioner falls forward like that after the bolt head fails.
