I agree. But I found some earlier FULL version for download FOR FREE. Just google it. Maybe it can save you bunch of $$.

Pretty expensive at almost $60. It's not clear that will work with E53 though the description says that E39 is supported. There's a "lite" version that the dev recommends testing before purchasing the full version:
