I regularly exchange home made "compilation" song CDs with one of my best buds, (and longest time friend on the planet). He recently sent me a CD-R that plays in my 'puter,
and home CD player, but will
not play in the X. It's a Memorex brand CD-R, 40x, 700 mb, 80 min.
I took that one and copied it again, in my 'puter, to a Phillips CD-R and now it plays in the X, (though I somehow lost the opening few notes of music on each song. WTF?
)
Is it normal or common that some brand will not play in the X, but plays in my pos Dell 'puter player?
