I'm going to have the Supercharger serviced in ~15k more miles. At that time I plan to switch to the ProVent.

Don't think of it as hacking up hoses but rather adapting them to hoses that fit the ProVent. In any case, this shouldn't be used to band-aid an underlying problem. The PCV system and crankcase pressures I have are a little different, but maybe this could help you guys. What's nice is that it keeps the system as it was meant to be, while incorporating good stuff like filtering medium and a safety valve.
