Diagnostic help (INPA errors posted)

Hi all,
I have my new to me 2007 x5 4.8 for roughly 4-5 months now. I have had an issue with the truck for a month where it will go into limp mode on me. This primarily happens when I apply cruise control. It will say cruise malfunction and then go into limp mode. It will also sometime pop up with 4x4 errors.
I would have to pull off the road or highway and then restart, then all would be fine...until it happened again.

I have been reading the codes with INPA and they mostly point towards the throttle position sensor. Just recently the car will continue to crank and not start or run really rough when it does start.

The most recent iterations of codes include (translated from german):
differential pressure sensor: surge pipe plausibility
mass airflow sensor
throttle valve
throttle valve (1-2)
3 throttle body errors

I can reset the codes and the car runs fine, but it is only a matter of time before it goes back into limp mode or will not start.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on what I should replace or how to continue diagnosing the problem? I have INPA/DIS and other dealer programs.

I have replaced the battery 1-2 weeks ago and followed the registration process DIY posted on the forums

I'd appreciate any help or tips
