since you are in E53 forum, you probably have an E53... on the other hand, you are talking about battery registration, so, you might have an E70... it has 70 K miles, so, it could be a 2007 E70 or 2006 E53... or, 2000 E53... or, 2011 E70... all of which are outside of warranty...
before rendering any suggestion, other than a generic "don't warm the car in driveway", it would be beneficial to clearly identify your ride - you did say Integra, so - is it an Acura?
