hahaha... it's your car and if you plan to keep it for a long time it should be the exact way you want it. i know with audi you can purchase the comfort headrests separately from the accessories catalog but i don't know about bmw. i contacted my local dealer parts department and that was the price quote i got for the set... not worth it for my issue but maybe it is for yours?
