YOU HAVE TO SCAN THE EHC MODULE AND SEE WHAT THE FAULTS ARE.
I'm sorry i seem perturbed but we get tons of these threads each month, there is no way to diagnose SELF LEVEL SUSP INACT on the dash without reading the faults in the module and doing some troubleshooting.
I assume the bags aren't leaking air, check linkages for rust or binding on the articulating arm, and then scan the module with DIS/GT1
