grill removal?
I tried to remove them, but i couldn't

They front grilles are attached all around by platic clips. all you need is a flat screwdriver to pry them open. However, the plastic clips are prone to break when bended too much. I suggest you be extra careful when taking out the grilles while bending the clips.
Just in case you break a few clips. A simple DIY using clear silicone sealant to resolve your problem. Good Luck !
