Rubbing noise when turning to the far right or far left

I just noticed some loud rubbing noise coming out from the front of the car when pulling out of parking lot. Only happens when the steering wheel is turned to the far right or left. When the steering wheel is kept at that position it sounds like the something is hitting a fan blade. its the same for both sides. Can anyone help me with this issue? thanks in advance!

if it's when your steering is all the way against the stop, i.e. you can't turn it anymore, then that's somewhat normal.
i would check your power steering fluid to make sure it's full as a precaution.
