It happened to mine too. I cleaned the connector points with compressed air kinda re-positioned the wires when I close the cap back and it worked. I even changed it to bright angel light bulbs.

I bought it from EFX (312-238-9044). They're in Indiana. I received it within 3 days and I live in Naperville, IL. The bulbs are $44 w free shipping and are almost as bright as the OEM Xenon bulbs. Its perfect! My buddies like em and I had BMW owners I meet in car washes and around the area that asked me where I got them. They wanted one. Awesome product. It came with an adaptor and no need to use at all. Very easy to install. No errors at all.

Got them on mine. They're OK in the dark or on dull/cloudy days but not particularly bright on a sunny day. Colour temp is pretty close to stock HID.

I quite like them, but if you want bright then I suspect you need something else. I got no 'Bulb Out' warnings with them, and did not need the extension cables provided. Simple plug & play.

There are four rings. Two for each light. So would I need four bulbs or does one bulb run both rings?
