DSP + USB Stick MP3s + Steering Wheel Controls

I am looking for a solution that fits this profile:
-DSP compatible
-reads and plays MP3s from USB sticks
-allows you to control the tracks through the steering wheel or 16:9 buttons
-eventually folder structure and other goodies

So far I only found the CP600 thing that only works with SD cards, it has a couple of negative reviews and it has a pretty steep price. Are there any other options?
