Amazon.com: Mothers 05146 PowerCone Polishing Tool: Automotive

You are man Smokey. I'll try and order one now ;)

EDIT: Ordered, simple process, my cost delivered to my door is $32.91.
I really should have added some other Mothers products, they have wheel polish for $8.99.
But i wasn't sure what i should be using on the gel or clear coated surface.

Sweet! Just use regular car polish and wax. Painted or clear coated metal wheels should be treated same as your vehicle paint.

You can use any wheel cleaner to lift the road grime, but it will strip any wax you put on there previously so you need to reapply. I have always steered towards non-acid wheel cleaners as they're not as harsh on the finish - but on OEM painted wheels it's not as big of a deal - they're about as durable as they come.
