Do the lights on the nav unit flash on and off ?
Did you try to erase all pairing devices from ULF ?
(Read the Telephone Owners Manual on how to)

How can i remove pairing device? i did read the owners manual but no help from it .. The lights don´t flash but there is 3 lights right? the on in the middle is always on .
Do i maybe need to have new software on my phone ? right the phone have
V 04.15 NPE-4

2 vrid på tändningen till läge 1
3 släpp knappen i mittkonsollen

Nu ska det stå så här
Bluetooth Pairing på din NAV alla tre lampor kommer att blinka
Händer inte detta så gör du nåt fel!
OBS!! ha telefonen i handen inte i telefonhållaren i mittkonsollen
Först när du har blutooth pairing kan du på din telefon aktivera BT och söka efter enheter.

I hope noone minds, it is just plain info on how to activate BT pairing

Gjorde exakt som du har skrivit med ingenting händer det står fortfarande Activate Phone och inga lampor blinkar ...

Tryck och håll knappen på bilden markerat i rött

släpp knappen som är markerad på bilden
Nu ska lamporna blinka och det ska stå bluetooth pairing i nav displayen

(Still hope noone minds, just trying to help in native language so no errors are made becouse of missunderstandings)

Just keep trying, that is the right way to do it, and if everything is ok with your ULF, it should work.
Does the phone work if you put it into the armrest holder?

no it does not work .
I maybe will unplug the BT Unit then plug it back might help

i had this problem when i first got my x5 it was a faulty bluetooth module in boot, have your dealer check it
