Hello Ed,
So I tried what you suggested last night w/ no luck. I also noticed that the 3 LED's above the phone button on the nav are turned off. Normally one of them is usually lit green when paired, red when not. Not sure exactly what the issue is. Already made an appointment for Saturday.
Let's see how it goes.
