First, turn OFF the blue tooth on your phone.
Second, take the BATTERY out of your phone for about an hour

Fourth, Turn Bluetooth back on (on your phone)
Fifth, Try to re-pair your phone and the car. Put the key in pos one, scroll down your phone until you see "Bluetooth", select pair new device, and see if asks for the 4 digit code (which is on the TCU if no where else in your manual - you have to remove the plastic part to the left of the spare tire to see it though)

If it says "Loading Phonebook" you're in !!!! if not, well, time to seek professional help..

Hello Ed,

So I tried what you suggested last night w/ no luck. I also noticed that the 3 LED's above the phone button on the nav are turned off. Normally one of them is usually lit green when paired, red when not. Not sure exactly what the issue is. Already made an appointment for Saturday.
Let's see how it goes.
