Been playing around with this tonight but with no luck still...

Bluetooth works fine... phonebook transfers fine... I can dial out from the screen fine...

It's just when someone calls me, their caller id (name or number) does not show on the nav screen

Did you try changing the order your contacts appear? First name needs to appear before the last name.

Thats how I have my phone setup anyway...
