the 5 bars in on my navi screen so its the bluetooth strenght. and i have the passkey but i cant use it because i cant link to the bluetooth.

do you think the bluetooth might need to be reprogramed? or maybe just need to be reset or something?

You are going waaay past my expertise here but it seems to me that it might be your cell phone... Your cell phone is what gives the phone capabilities to the X5 bluetooth. If your cell phone cannot recognize the bluetooth than it just won't work... Are you sure that your phone is compatible with the X5 bluetooth?

You also want to do a search through some of the other forums.... I seem to remember one thread that mentioned were someone disconnected the bluetooth and then connected it again and that seemed to make it work....

i've tried sooo many different phone it never seems to work. im going to try disconnecting it.
