What parts am I missing?

I have searched and researched my head off, trying to wrap my brain around the thousand and one options for the E53.
I installed a Motorola bluetooth in my Jaguar, and may do the same in the X5, or I might go BMW plug and play. But first, what are all these pieces I have?
FYI, it's a 2001. X5, 4.4, build date 06/01, Canadian model, with nav and DSP.

Thanks in advance, and a Merry Christmas to all, from myself, Rob, and my family.

First, the armrest.

An antenna of some sort, with 3 coax cables:

Assorted plugs by the Nav system:

Something, maybe an amp?

And a couple unused plugs:

The antenna found is a "diversity" antenna seen here- http://wds.spaghetticoder.org/zi_images/G_120016.pnghttp://wds.spaghetticoder.org/zi_images/G_120016.png

What is it used for?

Div amp is for the Radio.

I see an SES jumper plug, and a 25 pin DB25. You have what looks like FME cables running for the Bluetooth RF from console to trunk, rather than the later FAKRA

You need a DB25 to 54 pin adaptor, a Bluetooth antenna, a ULF/TCU, and a ~25cm FAKRA cable and mount the antenna above the nav drive.

OK thanks Bob. I was foolishly hoping that I could buy one component and be done with it.
I may do some more digging and install the same Bluetooth that my Jag has. If so I'll post how it all works out in case someone else wants to go that route.
