Thumbs up Open Road BMW - Edison, NJ

My only impression of the dealership was in the leasing of my X5. To make a long story short, it was a wonderful experience, and I got a very good deal.

I know a few other members here have experience, so I'll be brief with my write up.

They're one of those car dealers that makes its dollars through volume, and my sales rep - Debbie Raiti - did everything she could to get the process moving quickly and smoothly. She definitely has a repeat customer. No pressure, quick negotiations, a great website that shows true inventory and a friendly staff make it the best car buying experience I've ever had.

My X is only 3 months old with only 2,500 miles, so I don't have service experience (and with the maintenence deal - hopefully minimal service hassle) so others can comment there.

Great dealership!!!!

I'll save my comments (all negative) on Princeton BMW for later.

I fully agree with you. I purchased my CPO X5 from Open Road five weeks ago and the experience was very similar to yours. I just had my first service there and that was a smooth, hassle-free experience as well.

Three years ago, I purchased my 3er from Princeton BMW and it has been a nightmare dealing with them in every respect ever since. They are the most expensive dealer in the State and don't negotiate much. As for servicing, I don't even get a loaner when my car is in for servicing -- they make me take this shuttle bus!
