If you ever need to get a hold of anyone forget it, i've been trying to reach someone who i dealt with when getting my car repaired for body work. I got my car back in january, i've yet to get my 4.4i badge which they neglected to attach after the work was done. i've been trying to reach this person for now almost 6 months to no avail, he promised to ship it and when i was once able to contact him he was surprised i still didnt have it. i've now dialed every extention of everyone in service and still havent spoken with a person. avoid this location like the plaig. Their body shop is not onsite they send the car off somewhere in queens and that shop rep is very rude and abnoxious. he thought i was lying when i pointed out that they didnt complete work done on the vehicle after an accident.

I tried to buy my BMW from them and the salesman said he could not match the price of another dealer since they are owned by BMW and they can't undercut the local dealers in the area.

It costs a lot of money to have a dealership in Manhattan and most of the show rooms on Park Ave are company owned. Why are you questioning this?

Um if all else fails do what I do, drive in the service dept and start throwing a fit, works EVERY time

i finally got the guy on the phone and he is pushing it off on the parts department, i said if its easier just have the stuff dropped off at my office only 15 mins away so he said he would do that however will see on monday what the result is he promised tomorrow or today
