Unhappy Pacific BMW - Can't get an RMA

I purchased an accessory for my 2004 X5, incorrectly listed on PacificBMW's website under the same year and model. After I received it, turns out it won't fit X5's newer than 2003. I wrote them to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) so I can send it back but have not received a response. I've sent them 3 emails and even called but was transferred to an extension on which I left a message. But they haven't called me back. Does anybody know a contact at Pacific who I can reach out to in order to obtain the darn RMA? Thanks..

You can try Terry as well. She is in charge of customer service over there.
