Recent MD Dealer Experiences?

One can only hope that they are better than VOB. I always received excellent service from VOB's parts department albeit at top dollar. Once in a while they even cut me some slack. When I originally dealt with sales prior to purchase it was as if they were doing me a favor so I bought from Passport. When I dealt with VOB service I felt like I was being told half truths and getting ripped off because I didn't 'purchase' from VOB. I learned how to do myself that which did not require an expensive machine (wheel alignments or tire replacements and balancing) compliments of the DIYers on this site. I will not miss VOB. Let's hope Towson is better but honestly I might not replace my X5 with another BMW.
