BMW owned Dealerships
Do they still deal on pricing? Do you think their mechanics and service technicians are better trained? Is there any way to look up which ones are BMW owned. Thanks

I have heard that BMW of Manhattan and Westchester BMW are company owned. But also heard that BMW of Manhattan does not negotiate on prices but Westchester BMW does. Both have good service and both will give loaners and sometime nice loaners like 7-series when you take your 3-series for service.

BMW of Manhattan will not deal and from what I haved heard are very slimy salesman. Service though is supposed to be outstanding.
I have not heard that BMW of Westchester is owned by BMWNA. FYI: Technically, even BMWNA is not part of BMWAG. BMW GmbH acts as a financial management company of BMWNA which is BMWAG biggest customer. Its a little confusing but on paper they are separate but BMWAG owns all the company shares of BMWNA. So BMWNA is a sperate company that BMWAG bought the franchise license agreement from Hoffman. ;-) I know that none of this was asked, but I felt like sharing. |
