US X5 Maintenance Plan in Canada...

I purchased my X5 under warranty in the US (My country of residence) and I'm now temporarily located in Canada for the next four years on a visa. The BMW dealership up here does not acknowledge the 4-years, 50k miles maintenance plan. I can't cross the border every time I need an oil change and a brake job. So, what should I do?

The service manager up here mentioned something about talking to a BMW rep to see about getting reimbersed for services that would fall under the maintenace plan - Can this be done? And how?
