A repair of my valve cover gasket completed two weeks ago at my local dealer failed while on a trip to the other side of the state. I had it towed on Saturday afternoon and I had it back free of charge (due to parts warranty) on Monday afternoon. Very pleased with the service.
Also pleased with BMW roadside assistance who provided the free tow on the proper flatbed rig for the X5.
